Rocktape Philippines at Dream Marathon Running Talk

Last January 30, 2013, team Rocktape Philippines was at the Henry Sy Auditorium of St. Luke’s Hospital, Global City for The Bull Runner Dream Marathon  Running Talk.  The speakers were Jim Laferty, Christine Jacob, and Lit Onrubia who focused on the importance of tapering in preparation for their first marathon this February.  Also, doctor Martin Camara, a Chiropractic Specialist and Director of Clinical Services of Intercare was there to talk about how Rocktape will benefit runners during this tapering period and how it is important during the race day itself.
