During our virtual meetings with our clinical team today, we were happy to hear of the positive feedback received from our efforts in enriching our community with healthcare concepts and ideas. Patients response and gratitude has been positive. We appreciate the support and will continue to provide useful information over the coming weeks. Another takeaway from those meetings was that patients were reaching out for information on what they can do during this period to help with their lower back, hip, and leg conditions. I can’t stress the importance of Pelvic Alignment.
This area of your body is correctly referred to as your Core or Center. If your center isn’t properly aligned it can get problems all the way up and down your body. Self-aligning our backs on regular intervals is a good way of preventing major back injuries that may sneak up on us.
