Voucher terms and conditions: 

• Treatment vouchers are transferable prior to activation and can be given as a gift to another individual.
• Once the voucher is activated (i.e., the first service is redeemed), all services must be used by the same individual. The remaining services become non-transferable.
• After activation, the QR code and remaining services must be redeemed within one week. Unused services beyond this period will be forfeited.
• Services included in the voucher must be redeemed individually and cannot be split or shared with others after activation.
• The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Treatment vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
