Today, I just wanted to share with you one of my “GO-TO” workout sessions which combine both HIIT and Resistance training workouts…… and is only 7 minutes long! I particularly like this set because it targets all major muscle groups in compound movements. This means that you are using more muscle groups while ensuring that your heart and lungs are engaged.
