I thank you for your time, service and support and of course these photos you sent. I’m excited to discover and experience new performance made possible by your services and products.

I’m sure I’ve benefited from the stretching performed by Kevin and the quick chiropractic treatment of Doc Martin as I feel good and strong going to the taper week of this weekend’s major cobra 70.3 triathlon in Cebu.

I am impressed with the performance of the Rocktape that I field tested for 5 days of taper sessions (3 swims, 2 run and a bike). I observed a significant difference as I swam through the sessions and notice an anesthetic effect it had on my scapulars  as I felt almost no muscle fatigue or burn sensations at threshold pace. The tapes made me feel as if my masseuse was massaging me 24/7 so it felt good.  I assume this may only be possible if the taping is correctly and skillfully applied by the likes of Kevin.

I also self-applied the tape around my right ankle which lately seemed stiff after running. I did an easy run and in just a few instances felt a slight tinge on top of my ankle. Perhaps the tape wasn’t positioned correctly near or over the discomfort part. However I noticed the taped foot being more stable while walking and running. I also swam later that evening but somehow lost half of the adhesion as i felt it dangling halfway through the session. So my taping lasted two training sessions interspersed with a shower/ bathing in between

But in contrast to the shoulder taping which 60% still remains in my shoulder as I compose this email on its 6th full day.  The photo attached is the tape on its 5th day after those five sessions plus 10 bathing/shower sessions with skin lotions & gels touching and staining it. The constant removal and wearing of both performance and regular clothing has also help degrade the adhesion. I began trimming the ends that lost adhesion.

I assume for performance at least,  this this tapes are best used during the activity and mostly removed after.
