SCOLIOSIS is a condition in which there is a side-ways deviation of the spine towards one direction and will usually develop a secondary compensatory curvature leading to an S like appearance in the x-rays.
Although severe cases of scoliosis can be debilitating which may require bracing or surgery. Most cases that are mild to moderate can be managed naturally with a structured exercise program, good mobility & stability work, and great chiropractic care.
More severe cases may require coordination with an orthopedic spine specialist or rehab doctor/physiatrist.
