It was my first time to participate in a 70.3 distance triathlon. I did the bike portion as part of an all-male relay team. I was also my first time to be professionally stretched and first time to experience Rocktape. I always have problems with left quad during training so I had it applied on that problem area. Post race it didn’t cause problems anymore. I also felt the difference between not being stretched before activities, my overall condition was better with the stretch.
Intercare is a very professional environment. Definitely recommend this to athletes who are trying to excel more in their own sport.

Dr Martin Camara is the best chiropractor in the Philippines. My wife had L5S1 Slip disc and could hardly walk. She was on a wheel chair for 6 months.
