Assistant Clinic Manager
Qualifications:
• Must have at least 3 to 5 working experience in a Managerial or Supervisory Level.
• Must have strong communication skills both oral and written.
• Must be able to maintain harmonious relationship with the patients and co-employees.
• Willing to be assigned in our BGC branch.
Physical Therapist
Qualifications:
· Must be a licensed Physical Therapist.
· Must be willing to be trained.
· Have good communication skills both in Filipino and English.
· Fresh graduates/ Entry level are encouraged to apply.
Patient Care Coordinator (On-site)
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree of any course, graduates from any Medical field (Pharmacy, Nutrition, Nursing, etc) are preferred.
· Experience in medical/retail/hospitality/Pharmaceutical industries is an advantage.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Course Assistant
Qualifications:
· Graduate of a 4 year course
· BS Education
· BS Psychology
· BS Business Administration
· BS Human Resource
· Communication Skills:
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
· Interpersonal Skills:
– Ability to work well with students and faculty.
-Patience and empathy in dealing with students who may struggle with the material.
· Organizational Skills:
-Good time management and organizational abilities to balance responsibilities as a student and assistant.
· Technical Skills:
-Proficiency with educational technology and software used in the course (e.g., learning management systems, online discussion forums, and grading software).
Front Desk Officer
Qualifications:
· At least 1-3 years Front Desk / Receptionist experience.
· Graduate of any 4 year course
· With good communication skills, written, and oral
· With strong interpersonal, and customer service skills
· Has professional telephone etiquette and ability to resolve customer complaints in a patient manner.
· Willing to Rove between our Greenhills branch and Makati Branch
Finance Assistant
Qualifications:
· Graduate of any 4-year business course
· Preferably with 1-year experience in accounting, finance, or sales operations
· High analytical skills
· Capable of organizing multiple data and defining work priorities with minimal supervision
· Confident and with good interpersonal skills
· Can effectively multitask and meet tight deadlines
· Willing to work for an extended period of time and do field work whenever necessary
· Proficient in MS Office applications most especially MS Excel
· New graduates with good scholastic records may be considered
· Willing to report full onsite to Pasay City
