I wanted to share with you some simple tips for mitigating — Forward Head Posture!
My favorite 3 exercises to correct this are:
Chin Tuck
Scapular Retraction
Half Jacks
Remember, the idea is to line up your ears to your shoulders to your spine hips all the way down to your feet. Do them regularly over time, and your body will adapt until you are standing tall.
