14 Muscle Dance from Touch for Health – is a system of Balancing the Body was founded by a Chiropractor in Australia in the 1970’s Dr. John Thie, D.C.

He took the West meets East approach – The Chiropractic Concepts of Posture and Muscle testing combined with the Eastern concept of flow or Chi – and or vital energy.

I find this an excellent resource for activating all the major muscles that support good movement patterns while balancing the major energy channels that support the body. In fact, I have been doing this daily for years. I use it as a warm-up or even …. a substitute for my workout sessions when am time-pressed.
